Guidlines
Abstract
- Abstract not to exceed 250 to 300 words.
- Do not include keywords.
- Do not include references.
- Format the abstract in one paragraph, single-spaced.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are allocated 20 minutes in the schedule. Presenters should expect to present for 15 minutes, followed by a 5 minute Q&A. Please be present for the entire session, and rehearse your presentation to ensure it meets time requirements. Suggested code of dress is business casual attire. You can consult with the for assistance in your research process.
Poster sessions are two hours in duration. Poster boards (4ft x 3ft) and easels will be supplied by URCAP. Large format poster printing is available at Ramsey Library; please be aware of print deadlines.
